2018 Rosé of Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast

2018 Rosé of Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast

This wine is a blend of Pinot noir from eight unique Sonoma Coast vineyards ranging from Occidental to the  Petaluma Gap. Gap’s Crown, Sangiacomo, Reuling, Wohler, Rodgers Creek and Walala Vineyards represent key components used to produce this rosé.

We were impressed with the robust flavors, rich character, and balanced structure across all varietals in the 2018 vintage. The Rosé of Pinot noir was harvested at night and is a blend of saignée and pressed wine. The juice was fermented at low temperatures to maintain delicate aromatics and fresh fruit character.

First Vintage: 2018 Cases Produced: 525 $35.00
